Individuals Receiving Tips

Simply visit the Apple App Store or Google Play store and download the Shukur App. Once downloaded you need:

  • Your emirates ID;
  • Your phone for SMS verification;
  • Your smile for a selfie during verification; and finally
  • Your Shukur wristband which you can order in the app or pick up at one of our partner Exchange Branch locations.

Once verified, you will receive AED20 into your wallet account. For every user that you refer, you will earn a further AED5 for every verified user. It's that simple!

Businesses Receiving Tips

We aim to collaborate with businesses to introduce Shukur for their service staff, which will improve customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of service staff receiving tips that they may have otherwise missed out on. By fostering partnerships with businesses in the service industry, we hope to expand the reach of the app and make it a standard in the industry.

Simply visit the Apple App Store or Google Play store and download the Shukur Business App. Once downloaded you need:

  • Your emirates ID and Business TRN;
  • Your phone for SMS verification;
  • Your smile for a selfie during verification; and finally
  • Your Shukur wristband which you can order in the app or pick up at one of our partner Exchange Branch locations.

Once verified, you can create tipping pools or groups for your business with trip distribution rules and invite users. Get in touch with Shukur Support if you want customised wristbands and point of sale material for your business.
